Originally founded as M-Link in 1999, WIS Telecom was built on the international voice legacy of WindTre Italy, the country’s largest mobile operator. In November 2016, UNIFI Capital Group (New York) acquired WIS Telecom S.p.A. and WIS Telecom S.A., signaling a strategic shift towards high-value digital and AI-driven communications infrastructure.
